A: Yes, we usually use Epistar, Philip or Samsung,if you want to use other brand chips, it is ok, and dimmable is slao not a problem.

A: For each order, no matter it is small order or big order, we will have our Quality Inspectors to check all the procedures before shipment very carefully. Pls see our Quality Control. The Quality Inspectors will communicate between the factory director and the salesperson. During production, if there is any question or any dispute on quality, the Quality Inspectors will do the report to the people concerned and find a solution about it. It is our principle that we will not ship any unqualified goods to our customers.
