Q: Do you have any guarantee report for your products?
A: Normally, we will ask for an International professional inspection agency like ITS, SGS to test our products and issue relative reports for you. However, we will need your help to burden the test charge.
Q: What is a heat sink? And why do LED bulbs feel warm?
A: LEDs perform best in cool environments. Heat is the enemy of the electronic components that control the LED. It degrades both the level of light output and the lamp life. To move the heat away from the LED control module, we use what is called a heat sink. They absorb and disperse the heat created by the electronic components, keeping them cooler and increasing the lifespan of the bulb. Heat sinks are commonly made of aluminum for aluminum’s thermally conductive properties.
Q: What is the useful life of LED bulbs?
A: High quality, white LED bulbs last for 50,000 hours.
Useful life or active life of incandescent bulbs stands for the time it takes for half the bulbs in a carton to burn out. Most bulbs have a useful life of 1,000 hours, but halogens last closer to 3,000 hours.
